Security
Protecting employee information is central to how Intergr8 operates. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to keep employee records secure, accurate, and accessible only to authorised users whether stored digitally or on paper.
Access to the Human Resource Management System is role-based — employees can view or manage only the information relevant to their responsibilities. We review our security practices regularly to keep pace with emerging risks and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Privacy Policy
Intergr8 Limited is committed to developing and improving record management and data protection practices across every team. The quality of our services depends on how well we manage this responsibility.
Because we respect your privacy, we've built clear procedures to make sure your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner from the moment you're onboarded to the day you leave the organisation.
Cookies
Intergr8 uses cookies and similar technologies to support secure authentication, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve platform performance. Cookies help keep your access to organisational services secure while allowing Intergr8 to improve system functionality over time. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings — note that disabling certain cookies may limit the availability of some platform features.

You're registered on the HRMS during onboarding, using organisation-approved credentials. Registration creates a secure profile giving you access to services — leave management, payroll information, performance reviews, beneficiary management, room bookings, remote-work requests, asset requests, and other employment-related services.
