About the Job
In this role, ERP Systems Implementor with specialized expertise in finance modules requires a blend of technical skills, business process knowledge, and client-facing abilities to successfully deploy and configure BizWiz, our ERP system for our diverse client base.
Job Description
- Lead Module Implementation; Oversee the implementation of assigned Bizwiz ERP modules by coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines, and ensuring that the module setup aligns with client operational requirements not limited to Procurement, Sales, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash & Bank Module.
- Configure Bizwiz Workflows; Configure Bizwiz ERP workflows to reflect and support the client’s business processes, ensuring that system functionalities are properly aligned with operational needs.
- Conduct Client Requirement Analysis; Engage with clients and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze current processes, identify operational gaps, and translate business needs into system configurations that ensure the ERP system effectively supports the organization’s objectives.
- Manage Data Migration; Coordinate and support data migration activities by preparing, validating, and transferring data into the Bizwiz ERP system. Ensure that migrated data is accurate, complete, and properly structured to maintain data integrity and support seamless system operation.
- Deliver Client Training; Plan and facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure they understand how to effectively use the Bizwiz ERP modules. Provide guidance, demonstrations, and user support to promote system adoption and help users become confident in navigating the system.
Support Go-Live Activities; Assist in the final stages of ERP implementation by supporting Go-Live activities, ensuring that the system is fully functional and ready for operational use. Provide immediate support during the transition period, address emerging issues, and work closely with clients to ensure a stable and successful system launch.

Competencies
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- The ability to manage ERP implementation projects from planning to execution under the below modules inventory, sales, Finance and procurement
- Expertise to support 4 to 6 implementations per quarter
- Ability to achieve ≥90% project milestone adherence and Maintain ≥90% client satisfaction
- Expertise to prepare and complete implementation documentation
- Proficiency in handling data migration and its planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on finance and accounting experience.
- Experience working with major ERP platforms.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry an added advantage.
- Preferably previous experience in at least full project implementation.
